2015 New Year's Resolutions

If you're anything like me, you'll need at least a week to get your New Year's resolutions in order! The two big things I want to focus on in 2015 is my blog and writing my own novel, so with five resolutions for each category, I'm hoping this list will help me keep on top of things.

So here's my slightly belated New Year's resolutions:

1. Widen my content - include more lifestyle/writing posts
2. Post at least three times a week
3. Find more blogs to read and engage with
4. Read 40 books and review them all
5. Partipate in Twitter chats with other book bloggers

1. Write something every day
2. Read grammar books - never stop learning
3. Participate in NaNoWriMo 2015
4. Read more novels from authors who inspire me
5. Complete my own novel before my 25th birthday

1. Visit the gym regularly
2. Cut down on sugar
3. Move in with my boyfriend
4. Go on a Harry Potter studio tour
5. Meditate more and maintain a positive attitude

  1. Great resolutions :) Good luck and have a wonderful 2015. My main one is to be more consistent in my blogging (aiming to post once a week, rather than abandon my blog for months at a time).

Went to the Harry Potter studio tour about a year ago... It was THE BEST THING EVER!!!

    1. That's one of my main resolutions too. I can't wait for Harry Potter studios - I'll make sure I post all of the photographs! :) x

  2. Your resolutions are lovely! I like the idea of including a few mini-goals too - it's much easier to cross the big things off your list when you've got a few little ones under your belt already! I'd love to read some more writing posts... They might give me the kick I need to get back in to writing myself!

    1. I'm hoping that writing posts will also encourage me to continue - I'm having a lot of moments of self-doubt and feeling very uninspired. Need to keep at it! x

  3. Good luck with your resolutions Amanda. I'm looking forward to reading all of those reviews! x

    1. Thank you - and I'm looking forward to all of your posts this year. Love your DIYs :) x

  4. Good luck with the resolutions! (Much more thorough than mine!) I keep meaning to do NaNoWriMo - must make 2015 my year!

    1. I did NaNoWriMo in 2014 and it was the most frustrating thing I think I've ever done but it was SO worth it. I can't recommend it highly enough! x
